Preparing Manuscripts for Submission

The manuscript format should be in MS word only. Charts, Tables, and Diagrams should be in MS Excel or MS Word and images in JPG format using the maximum possible 300dpi resolution. All the matter should be typed in Times New Roman Font size - 12 points with single spacing.

AUTHORISATION AND DECLARATION

Authors must accept full responsibility for the content of their articles. The Members of the Editorial Board and the Publisher of the journal are not responsible for the statements and opinions expressed by the authors in their articles/write-up published in the journal. To use the copyrighted material (for example table, figure, etc.), the author/s must seek permission from the Author/s and Publisher of the material and send a copy of the permission letters via e-mail to the Administrative Editor for records. In case, if it is not possible then do not use that material.

While submitting the paper the author (s) must give a declaration that “the article has not been published or sent for publication elsewhere”.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR MANUSCRIPT-FORMAT

a) Page Layout: A4 (21cm × 28 cm) leaving 2 cm margin on all sides of the text. All the text should be single-spaced and the pages should be numbered consecutively.b) Use MS word (2003-2007) for text and TIFF, JPEG, or Paint for figures.

c) The first page should contain:
Title-bold, 16 point size
Name/s of author/s-bold, 11 point size (Surname or Family name first in bold)
Affiliation/s-address of all the author/s followed by an email of the corresponding author in 10 point size
Abstract in italics up to 200 words in 10 point size
Keywords- at least 4-5 keywords in 10 point size

d) Main Text-The paper should be divided into the following sections:
Introduction, Material, and Methods, Results and Discussion, Conclusion,

Acknowledgment and References.
Tables and Figures of good resolution (300 dpi) should be numbered consecutively and given alphabetically by surname or family name in the order of their appearance in the text.

e) Reference style
Text: All citations in the text should refer to:
1. Single author: the author's name (without initials, unless there is ambiguity) and the year of publication;
2. Two authors: both authors' names and the year of publication;
3. Three or more authors: first author's name followed by "et al." and the year of publication.
Citations may be made directly (or parenthetically). Groups of references should be listed first alphabetically, then chronologically. Examples: "as demonstrated (Baig, 2004a, 2004b, 2010; Chavhan and Pawar, 2011). Jadhao et al. (2000) have recently shown ...."References must be in a separate sheet in the following order: References should be arranged first alphabetically and then further sorted chronologically if necessary. More than one reference from the same author(s) in the same year must be identified by the letters "a", "b", "c", etc., placed after the year of publication.

If available, please always include DOIs as full DOI links in your reference list (e.g. “https://doi.org/abc”).

As a minimum, the full URL should be given and the date when the reference was last accessed. Any further information, if known (DOI, author names, dates, reference to a source publication, etc.), should also be given. Web references can be listed separately (e.g., after the reference list) under a different heading if desired, or can be included in the reference list. 

Acknowledgments

The Acknowledgment section allows authors space to recognize and express appreciation to others (Contributors) who have contributed to the study but have not qualified as Authors or Coinvestigators. In this section, list those who have collected data; provided technical assistance; acquired funding; supervised personnel; contributed drugs, reagents, equipment, or participants; or edited the manuscript for non-intellectual content. The list must include the contributors' affiliations and the specific contributions made by each. The Acknowledgment section is also reserved for authors to thank individuals who have provided general advice or guidance, review of the manuscript, and technical help. For those helping in the preparation of the manuscript, specify how they assisted (e.g., performed substantive or technical editing, copyedited the manuscript, prepared tables or figures, or provided clerical assistance).
